This is a Testimony from one of Susan's recent Clients:

"It is very difficult to understand the meaning of Full-Service Representation until you have lived as I have.  Susan is on top of absolutely everything imaginable so that you don't have to.  This allows for you to spend your time elsewhere, stress free of real estate transactions.  Again, you must exprerience it to understand the difference between Susan and all of the others.  After Susan... the others appear clone like, humbrum and very comonplace or average at best.

Susan Tibbets’ work ethic and commitment to the Highest Standard of Care in the service she provides has been her passion in all aspects of her business and personal life.
 
In October of 1981, 27 years ago, Susan was offered a “buyout” from her job at the Burlington Northern Railroad. Her jobs at the railroad ranged from Yard Clerk which included counting cars in the yard (sometimes on the midnight shift) to Tower Yardmaster and various Terminal Management positions. 

After leaving the railroad, she began her Real Estate career in Liberty, Missouri, a town with a population of around 15,000 and an average sales price of $50,000.

She made this transition into Real Estate while maintaining a household of young children, church activities and commitment to her extended family which includes many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In 1985 she, her husband Rich, and their four children, relocated to St. Louis and she was put in the situation of having to re-establish a client base.

After two years there her Husband’s work brought them to the Phoenix Area where she once again had to re-start and re-define her Real Estate client base.

Over the last 20 years in the Phoenix/Scottsdale Marketplace, Susan has grown and maintained her production levels to rank as one of the elite Real Estate Agents in the Valley as well as across the Country.

Susan’s Real Estate and Community Service Activities have included; Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Association of REALTORS®, Committee/Panel Member of Professional Standards, Certified Instructor for NAR Ethics and Professional Standards Training, Board of Director for Easter Seals, participated in several “Scottsdale Beautification” projects along with several outreach ministry programs through her Church.

One of the highlights of Susan’s Real Estate Career was her induction as a Member of CENTURY 21’s “Hall of Fame”.  This Honor has been awarded to only a few (50 or so of 120,000+) REALTORS® in the CENTURY 21 System.

Susan Tibbets continues to stay productive as a Real Estate Agent while offering her time as a Panel Member and Presenter in Training Programs Locally and Nationally.  She does this while, according to her own words, maintaining the life priorities of worshipping God, family (4 and soon to be 5 wonderful grandchildren), extended family in the Midwest and just plain old fun with friends.
